Daracon were completing a stage of the Bungarribee Reserve in Sydney and required the services of a contract planting company, who would be able to provide experienced staff to manage the installation of over 35,000 tubes, staking & bagging of over 18,000 tubes and the installation of over 16,000 jute mat squares within a 5 week timeframe.

Challenge;
Our client had over 15,000 tubestock to be planted into a new wetland area. The plants were stored at the clients holding yard onsite and would need to be picked up and delivered to site. Set out was also required by Proplant. The timeframe to have the plants installed was very specific and needed to be adhered to.

Our client was faced with a tight deadline in order to complete installation of over 30,000 tubestock at The Ponds development in Kellyville NSW in December 09. They required a company to set out and install the plants as per the landscape architect drawings in three separate Raingardens.

Challenge;
Our client required 15,000 to be installed in 3 separate locations on the busy M5 in ,Sydney. Included in the brief was a request to set out the plants, ensuring that the quantity of plants allocated would fill the individual areas and that the mix of species replicated the existing native plants onsite. The supply and install of 3 bamboo stakes and plastic sleeve guard was also needed.
